We focus on assets where structural demand drivers are durable and where capital can be deployed at attractive risk-adjusted entry points. We invest through joint ventures with best-in-class operators, evaluating every opportunity across the full capital structure and always asking where our capital creates the most value for the asset and the most appropriate return for our partners.

We invest in the next generation of residential and hospitality assets built around longevity, wellness and premium lifestyle. From branded wellness communities and longevity residences to medical wellness hospitality, we back operators at the intersection of real estate, health and premium living.
Purpose Built Student Accommodation
PBSA assets in university cities with durable structural demand. We focus on markets with constrained supply, high student populations and strong institutional quality operators.
Office to Residential Conversion
Repositioning redundant office stock into residential, mixed use and alternative assets. We bring capital and operational expertise to complex conversion projects where value creation is significant.
Institutional Commercial & Alternatives

Transportation and Logistics
We take ownership positions in aviation and maritime assets, ports, rail and warehousing. These are long-life real assets that generate lease and operating income, with value underpinned by the asset itself. Asset-backed lending against the same sectors sits within our Structured Credit pillar.
