Red Pin Capital Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not manage regulated collective investment schemes or provide regulated investment advice to retail investors.
We maintain an internal conflicts of interest policy. Material conflicts are disclosed to relevant parties before any transaction is completed. Where a conflict cannot be adequately managed we will decline to proceed.
Our fee arrangements are agreed directly with investment partners on commercially negotiated terms. We do not receive undisclosed commissions or referral fees.
We consider environmental, social and governance factors as part of our investment assessment process. Our energy transition investments under the 4IR Strategies pillar reflect a direct commitment to the decarbonisation of the global economy.
